The Asian Defense Alliance is a communal organization using education and training to empower Asians and our allies. While we are an organization open to all who need help, we are particularly concerned about Asians who may be viewed as vulnerable in the eyes of aggressors: our cherished elders, children, and women. From physical attacks to microaggressions, online targeting to the anxiety people feel when they leave the safety of their homes, we strive to help those who feel targeted, discriminated against, stressed, or unsafe.
The ADA works to help prevent and defend against racially targeted attacks or other acts of violence towards our community. We tailor skills and techniques relevant to age groups and ability levels, teaching situational awareness, how to diffuse aggression, and martial arts based self-defense techniques.
